In real estate “location, location, location” is key to a successful sale. In my business, it’s questions, questions, questions.

I ask a lot of them!

  • I ask questions to find out things I don’t know. I ask obvious questions to confirm attitudes as well as answers. I ask follow-up questions to dig deeper, to uncover key benefits that you don’t know are important.
  • I ask questions I already know the answer to, just to listen to the words you use when you answer them. Then I may ask that same question to three people we pass in the hall for the same reason.
  • I ask so many questions, sometimes you may be tempted to think I’m not quite the sharpest knife in the drawer.

The truth is, all that poking and prying is what determines whether or not I’m going to be able to successfully answer the really tough questions; the ones your potential customers ask.

But when it comes to answers that shouldn’t be revealed, they won’t be. My goal is to build long term partnerships with my clients.
