This is where you directly tell your readers what it will be like to follow your blog journey. Here’s where you would provide a reader with a little history about your company AND YOURSELF. Sorry to shout, but putting a human face to your blog is an important ingredient for success.

For example, I might describe myself as a semi-sane, baby booming mother of teens who once wanted to use the Internet to keep up with her kids but now loves the fact that I’m far ahead of them in understanding web 2.0, the coming technologies and how to use social marketing.

They don’t know how to follow me on twitter, friendfeed, or linkdin. (Na-ne-na-ne-boo-boo as Amy says this week).

Saying that doesn’t take away one bit from my professional “about” biography you can find at http://lizmicik.com/about/index.html But it might just make the inner endzone chicken dance I do every time I can teach them something about navigating their way through the digital world a little more understandable.

Mom still rocks.
