Information Collected Automatically

When you visit our site, we automatically collect standard usage data through Google Analytics, including pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, IP address (anonymized to city/state level), and referral source. This data is collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies.

Cookies we use: Essential website functionality, analytics and site performance (Google Analytics), and user preference storage (such as cookie banner dismissal).

We use email addresses to send results from the Agent Readability Check tool, deliver newsletter updates if you've subscribed, send occasional product updates, and respond to consultation inquiries. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us directly.

We use website usage data to understand how visitors use our site, improve performance and user experience, and troubleshoot technical issues.

Agent Readability Check Tool

When you use the free tool, it accepts input about your company and industry, runs analysis queries via third-party AI APIs, and generates a readability report. We may store anonymized query patterns to improve the tool (see Section 4).

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with competitors or unaffiliated marketing partners.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the site, including our email delivery platform (Kit/ConvertKit), analytics provider (Google Analytics), website hosting (Netlify), and payment processor (Stripe) if you become a paid client. These providers are contractually obligated to use your data solely for providing services to us.

4. Anonymized Data

We may use anonymized, aggregated data from the Agent Readability Check tool to identify industry trends, improve the tool, and create insights for publication. Company names and personally identifiable information are removed, and results are presented only as industry patterns — never by individual company.

5. Data Retention

Email addresses are retained for the duration of your newsletter subscription and removed upon unsubscribe. Consultation inquiries are retained for 3 years for business records. Website analytics are purged per Google Analytics retention settings (typically 14 months). Individual tool results are deleted 30 days after delivery; anonymized usage patterns may be retained for tool improvement.

We implement reasonable safeguards including HTTPS encryption, password-protected access to stored data, and restricted access to personal information. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
