For nearly three decades, I've been the person companies call when the structure of the website itself is the problem.
Not the copy. Not the campaign. The foundation underneath.
I've cleaned out the attic and the basement of websites for enterprise B2B companies, global SaaS platforms, insurance groups, and lead generation networks.
Every one of those projects had the same shape: something fundamental about the website has to change, and if you get the structure wrong, everything built on top of it breaks.
Now the entire web is facing the biggest structural shift I've seen in my career. AI agents have become a primary surface for discovery. They read websites differently than people do, and most websites were never designed to be read that way in the first place.
The companies that figure out how to communicate clearly, completely, and consistently to AI agents will own the next decade of discovery. The ones that don't will watch their visibility erode and never quite know why.
I'm here to help clients lay the foundations they'll need to survive and thrive in this new agentic web. No one can know yet what it will fully become. But I couldn't be more excited to be part of the transition.
I use a three-layer framework to diagnose websites for the agentic web. Each layer asks a different question, and each one can stop an AI agent cold on its own.
The infrastructure layer: robots.txt directives, CDN bot rules, JavaScript rendering, structured data access. If AI can't read your site, nothing else matters.
Read the FIND layer →The content layer: entity clarity, semantic HTML, schema markup, fact-over-vibe content. If AI can read you but can't interpret you, it fills the gaps with assumptions.
Read the UNDERSTAND layer →The authority layer: consistent entity signals across the open web, corroborating sources, fresh and definitive content. If AI doesn't trust you, it cites someone else.
Read the TRUST layer →Most recently I spent four years at Dun & Bradstreet as Principal of Content and Branding, where I orchestrated an enterprise content migration across 22 European sites into AEM and drove CRO work that improved lead conversions 19.7% within three months. Before D&B, I managed SEO for multiple brand websites for National General Holdings Group including their flagship DTC site, Direct Auto. As an independent consultant, I helped create a whole new content discovery doorway for United Airlines, and morphed and/or migrated content and domains for retailers like Sears and W.W. Grainger, as well as other SaaS, financial, health science, and professional services firms.
I studied Journalism and English at Northern Illinois University. My certifications include Agile Certified Marketer, BrightEdge Certified, Conductor MVP, Google Analytics, and Generative AI & Prompt Engineering.

Three ways to work with me, each designed for a different point in the transition.
A two-minute diagnostic that shows you exactly what four major AI platforms say about your business right now: the facts, the gaps, and the made-up parts. Email-gated, no sales pitch.
A 31-point diagnostic across the three layers of the framework: can AI find you, can it understand you, can it trust you. Delivered as an interactive HTML report plus a PDF executive summary.
The implementation blueprint that follows the audit. Page template inventory, schema type mapping, semantic HTML blueprints, content structure recommendations. We deliver the plan; your team or agency executes.
P.S. I started my professional life as a writer. As a writer, I tolerate the Oxford comma. I appreciate a suspenseful ellipsis, but… I love — really love — a well-placed em dash.
The transition to an agentic-first web has begun. If your business depends on being found, understood, and trusted online, the structural work starts now.
